Why water is cold in summer and hot in winter
The reason behind this is that soil is a good insulator of heat.the temperature of water even in summer and winter is same but in summer season temperature of atmosphere is greater than that of room temperature and hence water feels us cold in summer and in winter season temperature of atmosphere is lower than room temperature that is why water feels us warm in winter season.
